Corporate Social Responsibility
Our corporate social responsibility (CSR) purpose impacts businesses, charities, employees, and society as a whole.
CSR is not a mandated practice in the UK; instead, it is something extra that organisations do to improve their local and global communities. This means that the general public can be impacted by CSR as well when they get to reap the benefits of companies’ do-good efforts.

The over-arching aim of our CSR is to give back to the community, take part in philanthropic causes that benefit young people, and provide positive social value.

Social Purpose
When an organisation leads with social purpose, respondents were:

-
76% more likely to trust that organisation
-
72% more likely to be loyal to that company
-
70% more likely to defend that organisation
-
72% more likely to forgive that company in the
case of a misstep
Businesses are increasingly turning to CSR to make a difference and build a positive brand around their organisation. And because social responsibility is not a mandated practice, it can function as a powerful differentiator for businesses that partake.

Bursary Fund
The Inspire Capital Group Sports Bursary Fund is designed to support some of the brightest up and coming sporting talent in the United Kingdom. The Bursary Fund can open up a wealth of resources as well as a financial top-up to promising young people.
We will work with inner city schools to identify those aged 11-18 who have a desire to pursue their dreams of participating in a specific sport who may not have the financial means to do so. A key priority for Inspire Capital Sports is to close the gap in attainment between those from poorer and more affluent backgrounds, and to ensure that young people have the opportunity of participating in, and benefit from sport.
What is The Inspire Capital Sports Bursary Fund?
Our bursaries are awarded to young people based on their sporting abilities and potential for a given period of time. They differ from student loans as they don’t have to be paid back.

Why do Inspire Capital Sports offer bursaries?
Bursaries are offered to help young people to progress in sport while they pursue education. Training and competing at a high level is a huge demand on a young person’s time, body, and budget. Funding of this kind – along with the extra benefits that come with it – can relieve some of the pressure, and make balancing everything more manageable.

Plus, young people can get excellent exposure and experience, especially if they wish to compete
in sport professionally.
